Haley Moore
Registered Social Worker
With all the ups and downs that life can bring, seeking support from a licensed therapist can be helpful to put things into perspective, to find coping strategies, and to heal and grow. As a registered social worker, I put your health and well-being as my number one priority. I’m here to help guide you through all of life’s challenges and self-exploration with the attention and care you deserve.

I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work at Ryerson University and a Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Toronto. I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (License #831821) and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
I am a trained therapist with experience using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Strengths Based Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work from a trauma-informed lens, and also utilize various tools and perspectives from the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy in my practice. I work from an eclectic approach to address the multi-faceted concerns that you bring to our sessions. I have been practicing counselling and psychotherapy within another clinic since completing my master's degree, and also currently work in an inpatient hospital setting as a social worker.
What makes me stand out as a therapist is my focus on you in a holistic way. Coming from an anti-oppressive lens, I practice with the values of dignity, diversity, and self-empowerment at the forefront. I highly value honesty, collaboration, respect, and empathy, all of which are evident in the way I approach all sessions. The ideal outcomes in my practice are to enable and empower my clients to reach their self-identified goals within a supportive, empathetic, and therapeutic relationship. I will work with you to explore yourself and encourage healing while working within your window of tolerance.
As a therapist, I am constantly pushing myself to keep growing personally and professionally. I continue to explore new ways of learning, understanding, and practicing to ensure that I am providing my clients with the best care possible. I am always engaging with continuing education opportunities, supervision, and upgrading my skills as a therapist.
